Xianglin Nunnery is located to the west of Thousand Pace Beach.

Monk Miaoquan established it in the period of 1821-1850. In 2003 Buddhist Association started its reconstruction. It was sacralized on the birthday of Amitabha Buddha(17 of November of the lunar calendar) in2007. It is a temple for Pure Land Sect of Buddhism.
