Gucao Maopeng
Gucao Maopeng is located on the mountainside on the east side of Fahua Cave. It was built in the Ming Dynasty and was converted into 5 tile houses in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. At the beginning of the founding of New China, Zongyuan once lived here. Residents of Mount Putuo lived here after 1960. In 2002, it was demolished during the construction of the Miaoshan Monk Memorial Hall. It was rebuilt by the Buddhist Association of Mount Putuo in early 2014.
