Guanyin Dharma Park in Mount Putuo was opened on November 14th, 2020. During the event, a flag-raising ceremony was solemnly held, which reveals a strong sense of patriotism. Monk Tao Ci, the leader of Mount Putuo Buddhist Association, opened the main gate for Guanyin dharma park. Leaders at all levels made speeches at the opening ceremony and Monk Tao Ci made an acknowledgement as a conclusion. There are nearly 500 guests inside and outside the city who attended the grand activity. 

Guanyin Dharma Park is a large-scale cultural expo park with the theme of Guanyin culture and integrated the functions of arts displays,  teaching & research, international exchanges and cultural exhibitions as a whole. It helps to shape Zhoushan into a world-class Buddhist sacred place and another symbolic highlight which serves as the “important window” to introduce  the charming island scenery of Zhoushan.
